Why we started Kilnside
After more than a decade as an NHS GP partner in the Potteries, Dr Sarah Whitmore saw patients waiting weeks for appointments that lasted ten rushed minutes. She opened Kilnside to offer something different: same-day access, twenty-minute consultations and the same trusted doctor at every visit.
Today our team of GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants looks after thousands of patients from Hanley, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stone, Leek and across North Staffordshire — working alongside the NHS, never replacing it.
